This is a 10-year-old dark rum from an undisclosed distillery in Fiji, released independently by the French company Compagnie des Indes. It is a single-cask rum, distilled in 2010 and bottled up in 2021 after a tropical ageing process. The result is a well-balanced, spicy expression, with notes of elderflower, cherries, raspberries and wood.
