The Castello di Monsanto estate is one of the oldest wineries in Chianti Classico, and is run by the Bianchi family, with a history of over 50 years of winemaking to their name. The Chianti Classico 2020 is produced from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino, from vines aged over 25 years old and aged in French oak casks for 15 months.
