Bouchard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy`s oldest wine producers, with a history that spans nearly 300 years. The estate was founded in 1731 and is now part of Maisons & Domaines Henriot, which also owns William Fèvre, Beaux Frères, and Champagne Henriot. This is their 2021 Chevalier-Montrachet, one of five Grand Cru vineyards on the Montrachet Hill. The wines from this appellation are known for their distinct profile, with floral and fruit aromas as well as toasted notes.
