Sebastien Christophe Chablis 2022 is a medium-bodied Chardonnay white wine from the Chablis appellation of Burgundy. A rising star in Chablis, Sebastien Christophe is based in the village of Fye and produces a scintillating range of wines from his modest vineyard holdings, which are concentrated on Petit Chablis, Chablis and the Premiers Crus of Monts de Milieu, Fourchaume and Montée de Tonnerre, as well as small holdings in the Grands Crus of Les Preuses and Blanchot. Farming is organic and yields are kept very low, with minimal intervention in the cellar. Expect a racy, mineral-driven Chablis with notes of ripe peach, apple skins, almond and river stones.
