The Cinq Cepages from Chateau St Jean is a wonderfully classic example of mature wine from Napa. It is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot that exudes a ripe bouquet of dark cherry, cassis, liquorice, tobacco and dried herbs.
