Château l’Hospitalet is nestled in the heart of a small region called La Clape and was acquired by ex-rugby player turned vigneron extraordinaire, Gérard Bertrand, in 2002. This is the flagship wine of the estate and is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre sourced from a selection of its best vines. Deep and rich on the nose, it offers up scents of plum, wild strawberry, Mediterranean herbs, liquorice and spices. On the palate it is fruit-driven and bold, but silky, refined and fresh.
