Thomas Morey is a winemaker based in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet and son of the legendary Bernard Morey, who retired in 2005. The domaine produces primarily white Burgundy, although its portfolio also includes several Pinot Noirs. This village-level Chassagne-Montrachet comes from a single parcel of vines situated at the northern end of the commune, bordering the Puligny-Montrachet appellation. The wine is typically rich and ripe, with a pronounced minerality and long finish.
