Domaine Odoul Coquard Charmes-Chambertin 2022 is a full-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Grand Cru climat of Charmes-Chambertin in the Gevrey-Chambertin commune of the Côte de Nuits. Domaine Odoul-Coquard was founded in the early 20th century and remains family owned and operated, managing 9 hectares of vineyards in 21 different appellations throughout the Côte de Nuits. Winemaker Sebastien produces a modern style of red Burgundy with plush fruit flavours. This release hails from Charmes-Chambertin, the prestigious Grand Cru vineyard where Domaine Odoul-Coquard owns two plots of 60- to 70-year-old vines. The 2022 vintage presents a rich, open-knit wine with ripe cherry and blackberry fruit highlighted by bright acidity.
