Charles Krug Cabernet Sauvignon 1959 is a fully mature red wine from one of the most historic wine estates of California`s Napa Valley. According to the late, great wine critic Michael Broadbent, 1959 produced a good number of very long-lived wines in the Napa region. Charles Krug Winery was founded by Prussian immigrant Charles Krug in 1861 and purchased by Cesare and Rosa Mondavi in 1943 - a move which forever changed the American wine landscape.
