Domaine Bornard Chardonnay En Go-Guette 2022 is a light-bodied, pétillant-naturel sparkling wine from the Jura region of France. Located in Pupillin close to the domaine of the iconic winemaker Pierre Overnoy, Domaine Bonard is an 11.5ha property cultivating the five principal Jura grape varieties – Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Trousseau – along with a small amount of the red-stemmed Melon. The domaine is run by Tony Bonard, who took over from his father, Philippe, in 2017. This dry, apéritif-style natural sparkling wine offers tart citrus and tropical fruit notes with hints of honey and hay.
