Sourced from Chapel Down`s 95-acre Kit`s Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent and made from the very best parcels of hand-harvested native English Bacchus variety. The grapes are whole bunch pressed before undergoing wild fermentation in third and fourth use French oak barrels, adding increased complexity and richness to the wine. This rich yet pure style of Bacchus from the 2019 vintage has ripe green apple and elderflower aromas balanced by a creamy palate and long, fresh finish.
