Domaine Rossignol-Trapet are a sensational biodynamic producer based in Gevrey-Chambertin flying somewhat under the radar but producing exceptionally consistent fine wines. From the exuberant 2017 vintage, this is vibrant with aromas of strawberry, dark cherry and stony minerality. The palate is bright yet firmly structured with cool acidity and a tensile finish suggesting time in the cellar would do no harm.
