Chacra is a small winery created by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta in 2004 with the intention of finding the purest expression of the micro-climate and terroir of Mainqué in the Rio Negro region of Patagonia. Treinta y Dos is a structured and ageworthy Pinot Noir from a single organic and biodynamic vineyard that was planted in 1932 on a site layered with clay, sand and pebbles. It is aged in a combination of concrete tanks and 2nd, 3rd and 4th use French oak barrels for 19 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, therefore decanting is recommended.
