Drouhin-Vaudon is the Chablis estate of the renowned Joseph Drouhin family, which includes 4 Grand Cru sites. Les Clos, Les Preuses, Bougros and Vaudésir, where this release comes from. The vineyard has a south-southwest exposure, with steep slopes and a mix of clay and limestone soils that impart a distinct character to the Chardonnay grapes grown there. Drouhin-Vaudon`s Chablis Grand Cru `Vaudésir` is a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth, but it will also benefit from cellaring, allowing the flavours to evolve and gain further complexity over time.
