This wine is made from a specific parcel within 1er Cru Vaillons called “Les Minots” with 70-year-old vines and a warm, southerly exposure. It is inviting and open-knit, unfurling in the glass with notes of pear, apple, citrus oils, white flowers, blanched almonds and honeycomb. Broad and textural on the palate, it has lovely precision and focus, gliding to a long, mineral-tinged finish.
