Domaine d’Henri was created in 2010 by Michel Laroche, a leading winemaker in Chablis. All their vineyards are farmed according to organic principles and the domaine has undertaken a meticulous study of its terroir, with the help of the renowned soil specialist Claude Bourguignon. This particular expression hails from the Premier Cru Fourchaume, from vines approaching 50 years of age. The nose is characterized by citrus fruit, subtle spice, and mineral nuances. The palate showcases precision, vibrancy, and piercing acidity.
