Fabien Cazé is a 10th-generation winemaker working with just 2.66ha of his family vineyards in Chatillon sur Marne. He has developed an enviable reputation for producing precise, elegant, terroir-driven Champanges with impressive structure. Fabien`s 2018 Les Leriens is an assemblage of 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir with 2g/l of dosage. "The 2018 Extra Brut Les Leriens is super expressive and one of the best wines in this range. Dried lemon peel, chamomile, dried flowers and spice abound. The blend of interplanted varieties works so well here. Soft, supple contours wrap it all together in style. What a pretty champagne this is. Disgorged March 17, 2023." Vinous, 2023
