Caze Thibaut Les Fourches 2019 is a vintage Champagne crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the single south-facing plot of Les Fourches in Vandières, Vallée de la Marne. Under the stewardship of Fabien Cazé, who has led his family estate since 2013, this wine reflects a commitment to environmentally sustainable viticulture, with all vineyard work conducted by hand. The wine undergoes vinification in oak barrels, spending 45 months on lees.
