Cayuse Flying Pig 2020

The Cayuse Flying Pig is a Bordeaux blend from the leading biodynamic estate in the Walla Walla Valley of Washington State. Produced from biodynamically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from Cayuse`s Cerise vineyard, this wine is notable for its complex, concentrated, meaty dark Syrah fruits and super-fine texture. A producer of cult single-vineyard wines overseen by the charismatic Burgundy-trained winemaker Christophe Baron, Cayuse was the first winery in the Walla Walla Valley to fully implement biodynamic farming in its vineyards.
