This rare 1984 Cabernet Sauvignon represents one of the final vintages crafted by Randy Dunn at Caymus Vineyards before he departed to establish his own label in 1985. Despite its nearly 40 years of age, it retains a fresh and youthful character. The wine exhibits a medium garnet hue with a subtle bricked edge. Remarkably rich, soft, and complex, it showcases excellent depth and length. Layers of spice, chocolate, blackberry, cassis, along with hints of cedar, coffee, and tobacco contribute to its mature profile.
