In 1972, Caymus Vineyards was founded by Chuck Wagner, along with his late parents, Lorna and Charlie Sr. They began their journey with a modest production of 240 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fast forward to the present day, Caymus Vineyards continues to be a fully family-owned and operated venture, with the next generation now leading the charge in managing and crafting exceptional wines. This particular release is a Cabernet Sauvignon from 1975, a good year for Californian wines and only the fourth vintage produced by Caymus.
