`A medium-bodied Sangiovese-led Supertuscan blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. From Castello di Fonterutoli, one of the seminal estates of the Supertuscan phenomenon. Aged for 18 months in French oak tonneaux (Sangiovese) and barriques (Cabernet Sauvignon). A wine which consistently achieves a balance between power and elegance, with dominant notes of sous bois and oak-spiced brambly fruit. 2013 was widely regarded as an excellent Tuscan vintage.
