Joseph Cartron Cacao Brown Liqueur is a premium cacao liqueur produced by the family-run Joseph Cartron in the town of Nuits-St-Georges, Burgundy. Cartron Cacao Brown Liqueur is made using cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast. The beans are lightly roasted and crushed before being distilled in the company`s traditional pot-stills. The addition of Cognac brings mellowness and structure to this rich, complex liqueur, which displays warming notes of chocolate, vanilla and gingerbread.
