Carinus Family Vineyards Polkadraai Heuwels Chenin Blanc 2021 is a Chenin Blanc white wine produced in the Swartland region of South Africa’s Western Cape. Produced with the help of respected South African winemaker Chris Alheit, the Polkadraai Heuwels Chenin is matured in concrete eggs for 12 months before 4 months resting in stainless steel. The wine exhibits a structured profile with notes of fresh citrus, with floral notes of magnolia and jasmine balanced by a clear acidity.
