Founded in 2015 by husband-and-wife team Desiree and Ash Whitaker, Cardrona is a boutique distillery situated between Wanaka and Queenstown, in New Zealand. All of their spirits are created using pure alpine water sourced directly from the heart of Mount Cardrona. Released to celebrate the distillery’s 7th birthday, four very special casks from Central Otago’s Felton Road have been used to finish this superb single malt. Expect notes of dried raspberries, nectarine, toffee, roasted cashews and baking spices.
