Ossian is a 100% Verdejo white wine produced by the Ossian Vides y Vinos winery, which is situated in Segovia, central Spain. The project was founded by Javier Zaccagnini and Ismael Gonzalo, with a mission to preserve Verdejo old vines, grown in some unique pre-phylloxera vineyards. The 2016 vintage reveals notes of stone fruits and citrus, as well as hints of toast and nuts.
