Showcasing the sheer power and elegance of the Saint-Émilion appellation, Premier Grand Cru Classé (B) estate Château Canon produces wonderfully robust and concentrated reds with elegant blue fruit character coupled with mineral complexity.
Spanning 34ha, Canon’s vineyard lies on the plateau of Saint-Émilion and is planted to 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. In addition to the historic first wine, the Château also produces a second wine, known as Croix Canon.
