Bruno Paillard is an independent and family-owned Champagne house founded in 1981. This is a limited release cuvée from the sensational 1990 vintage and disgorged in 2015. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in two Paillard-owned lieu-dits, namely Mournoir and Pudepeigne, both in the highly revered Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil. Vinification was in small barrels followed by more than 24 years maturation on lees.

Bruno Paillard is an independent and family-owned Champagne house founded in 1981 by the eponymous Bruno Paillard. Since 2018, this revered House has been run by Bruno’s daughter, Alice Paillard. Situated in Reims in the heart of Champagne, the house champions slow and sustainable viticulture and produces wonderfully pure and elegant wines, notably the Première Cuvée Extra-Brut and the Première Cuvée Rosé.

Working with over 30 different crus and 100 parcels, from Verzenay to Chouilly, the wines of Bruno Paillard are characterised by their wonderful precision and energy.
