Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino Altero 2017 is a medium-bodied Sangiovese produced in the Brunello di Montalcino appellation of Tuscany. The grapes for Altero are sourced from the I Poggi and Il Vignone vineyard sites at 500m above sea level. These relatively cool growing sites help to retain freshness and acidity in warmer vintages.
