Bruichladdich Octomore 14.2

The Bruichladdich Octomore 14.2 is crafted using 100% Scottish-grown Concerto barley harvested in 2016. Distilled in 2017 with a hefty 128.9PPM, it matures for five years in first-fill oloroso sherry hogsheads, along with first and second-fill Amarone casks. On the nose, expect hints of prunes, red currants, malted barley and a thin layer of leather. The palate offers the impact of European oak, a touch of dryness, and a lively array of wood spices, featuring smoked oak and roasted coffee.
