This particular release spent five years maturing in freshly emptied ex-American whiskey casks and boasts a formidable peat level of 128.9 PPM. The barley exclusively hails from Scotland and is of the Concerto variety. The primary aim of this expression was to introduce a delicate oak influence, thereby allowing the inherent smoky essence of the spirit to take the spotlight.
