A 12 year aged pot still rum from Haiti which has been aged in the UK by the Bristol Classic Rum Company. Ageing in the cooler, maritime climate of the UK lends BCRC bottlings a subtler, more elegent flavour profile. Notes of passionfruit, caramelised pineapple and mango and joined on the palate by lightly toasted coconut and vanilla. The finish is peppery initially before a touch of burnt sugar and baking spice.
