Bowmore 26 Year Old North Star 1996

Established in 2016 by Iain Croucher, North Star Spirits is a Glasgow-based independent bottler specializing in selecting single malts and blends from distilleries across Scotland. In addition to whisky, they have also bottled gin, wine, and liqueurs. Aged for 26 years in a single refill hogshead, this 1996 Bowmore unveils enticing scents of charcuterie, peat smoke, and vanilla on the nose, accompanied by flavours of toffee, baking spice, and seaweed on the palate.
