Bourgogne Aligoté Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey 2016 is a notable expression of the Aligoté grape, sourced from vineyards established over 45 years ago. This vintage uses fruit sourced from both the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Chassagne-Montrachet. The wine undergoes fermentation using indigenous yeast, aged for 14 months in older 350-litre barrels followed by three months in stainless steel. Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is recognised as one of the leading wine producers in the Côte de Beaune.
