This Kentucky Bourbon is made with a high rye mash bill. 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. Like the most of bourbon distilleries, the ‘sour mash’ process is used, three-day ferments are standard at this large independent bourbon distillery. Another superb release from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, bottled at a robust 59.8% ABV.
