Bosman Methode Ancestrale Weisser Pet Nat Riesling 2023 is an ancestral-method sparkling wine produced in the Hemel-en-Aarde region of South Africa. Using Riesling fruit from coastal Hermanus, this `petillant naturel` (a natural sparkling wine made from a single fermentation) is crisp and refreshing with aromas of fresh green apple, white peach and fragrant blossoms, with luscious notes of pears, honey, fresh herbs and blossoms developing on the palate.
