Boondocks 11-year-old American Whiskey is a blend of corn, rye, and malt that is aged for 11 years in used charred white oak barrels. It is bottled at 47.5% ABV and was created by Dave Scheurich, former master distiller of Woodford Reserve. Its flavour profile has been described as being "somewhere between bourbon and scotch." It has a nose of butterscotch, caramel, vanilla, toasted marshmallows, and dried fruit. The palate is creamy, smooth, with notes of butter, toasted marshmallows, fruit, and exotic spice. The finish is long and lingering, with a touch of spice.
