This is the second Booker’s batch release of 2022, produced from a mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye and 10% malted barley. The nose is bold and spicy, featuring notes of pecan, cedar, cinnamon, vanilla and honey. The palate carries flavours of burnt toffee, liquorice, pears, brown sugar and more cinnamon.
