Booker`s 7 Year Old Bourbon Batch 2024-01e
This is the first 2024 release of the Booker`s Bourbon Batch, called the Springfield Batch after Springfield, Kentucky, the hometown of late whiskey-making icon Booker Noe. This batch is made up of whiskeys from five different production dates, stored in four different warehouse locations, and aged seven years and seven months at the time of bottling.
Here is the description of this whiskey from Booker`s son, and seventh-generation distiller, Fred Noe. "The nose has a nice, pleasant aroma of sweet brown sugars and vanilla. The taste is balanced with a pleasant heat. The finish is long and warm which I appreciated during the cold days we experienced in January here in Kentucky. I know Dad would love tasting this batch and sharing stories about his hometown. I hope you enjoy this first batch of Booker’s for 2024."
