Boekenhoutskloof Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 is a concentrated red wine with a nose of blackberries and blueberries, heightened by aromas of tobacco and spices. On the palate, the wine is full and well-rounded, with hints of cassis, blackcurrants and cedar wood. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, it strikes a perfect balance between fruit and acidity, with an impressive lingering finish.
