Fondillón is a unique sweet wine, made in Alicante from over-ripe Monastrell grapes whose wine is matured in an oxidative way, like an oloroso sherry. Expect a complex bouquet of roasted walnuts, maple syrup, liquorice and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the sweetness is offset by bright acidity, giving a sense of real freshness. A one-of-a-kind treat.
