Produced from 100% single vineyard Riesling grown on a very steep rocky outcrop in the cool climate Elgin Valley, South Africa. Fermented in a single French oak barrel and aged on the lees for 10 months prior to bottling. Floral and stony on the nose follow through to a zesty and tropical fruit palate, concluding on a long, dry palate from the South African Blankbottle Winery.
