A Syrian white blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc produced from the 12-acre biodynamic Domaine de Bargylus, established in 2003 by brothers Karim and Sandro Saadé in Latakia, Syria. Despite the obvious difficulties of producing wine in Syria, the Saadés have garnered a reputation for making exceptional quality wines – one white and one red – that have been described as some of the best from the eastern Mediterranean. Bargylus Blanc is a full-bodied yet vibrant blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
