The Blade and Bow Bourbon brand was first launched in 2015 and it was created to pay homage to the legendary Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Its production method involves a solera system aging process that preserves some of the distillery’s oldest whiskey stocks. The resulting spirit reveals hints of dried apricot, ripe pear, charred oak and sweet winter spices.
