A blended rum named after the notorious `Black Tot Day`, the last day that British sailors received their daily ration of rum. Rums in the blend are sourced from across the Caribbean. The result is a copper-coloured rum with tropical notes of pineapple, melon and bananas fried in butter. The palate is rounded and irch with a touch of dark chocolate and black pepper before a finsih of coffee, roasted plantain and a touch of anise.
