For the fifth edition of the Master Blender`s Reserve, master blender Oliver Chilton chooses a selection that includes a high proportion of rums from Foursquare, Mount Gay and West Indies Rum distilleries, alongside rare spirit from erstwhile Caroni Distillery in Trinidad. Expect a complex and full-flavoured tot with notes of grilled pineapple, liquorice root, mango and cacao.
