Apogee XII is an exquisite blend of malt whiskies sourced from Speyside and the Highlands, then further aged at Bimber distillery in West London. After a meticulous blending process, Apogee undergoes a short finish in ex-bourbon casks previously used to mature Bimber’s very own single malt whisky. The result is a honeyed and nutty spirit, with notes of marmalade and crystalised ginger.
