Bernheim Original was the very first straight wheat whiskey to be launched on the US market and it is produced by Kentucky-based Heaven Hill Distillery. Aged for 7 years in traditional open rickhouses, it is a mildly sweet spirit, showing notes of berries, toffee, vanilla and spices. Available here in a 3cl sample bottle.
