The Maison Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey was formed in 2001 when Pierre-Yves Colin and his wife Caroline Morey – both from Burgundy winemaking families – joined forces. Today they produce wines from approximately 13 hectares of vineyards, situated in the villages of Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault. This magnum release is the 2015 Premier Cru Cuvée Guigone de Salins, specially produced to raise funds for the Hospices de Beaune.
