Barrell Gray Label Dovetail

This release from Barrell Craft Spirits is a fusion of distillates from Indiana, Tennessee, and Canada, culminating in a finishing process in barrels previously housing blackstrap rum, Port, and Dunn Vineyards Cabernet. As expected, it delivers a complexity of flavours, resonating with notes of ginger, lemon peel, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. Gray Label employs older and rarer barrels in comparison to the standard Dovetail.
